River of Life Church

     Ron and Jeanette grew up at River of Life Church. Pastor Rod encouraged Ron to go to a Discipleship Training School when he got out of High School. It was the beginning of a missionary career. They both served as youth leaders at different times in our church. 

    Ron joined Youth With A Mission in 1987 and Jeanette in 1990.  They have, with the exception of about three years,  served there since that time.  Since 2002, they have been the Directors of the YWAM Montana base, overseeing 16 different programs (ranging from 4 weeks to 9 months long) throughout each year with 145 volunteer staff.  The Lakeside campus sees about 300 students trained each year. 

Combined they have had the opportunity and privilege of traveling to over 50 nations.  In 2007/08, they lived in Thailand having the opportunity to work with a YWAM  location there and establishing a leadership team and an espresso cafe as well as getting to teach in Myanmar and Cambodia. 

Mentoring, coaching, and encouraging spiritual formation in young leaders is a passion for Ron.  He is currently pursuing his Master's of Arts in Christian Leadership.  Continuing to study and teach the Bible is a passion for Jeanette. 

They are raising their two children, Meraiah and Sebastian in Lakeside, Montana.
