Tithes and Offerings The Biblical model for the financial support of the local church is through the free-will tithes and offerings of believers. (See "Why Tithe")
At River of Life we depend upon the generous and obedient giving of those who consider River of Life their church home. As you give, we are able to minister more effectively to the community in which we live and also around the world, through our missionaries.
We have provided this online form of giving as a matter of convenience for you. Your online giving will be processed and recorded in a similar way as cash or checks and a record of your giving will be mailed to you at the end of the year. You will also receive an email receipt for your gift immediately. All donations are tax deductible.
Tithes -- for the General Fund which is used for the ongoing expenses of our church such as utilities, staff salaries, vehicle costs, office expenses, insurance, building maintenance, ministry resources, etc.
Ten percent of this Fund is taken off the top and given to our missions program.
Regular Reoccuring Contributions: For your
convenience, you can set up your giving so that it will come out of your bank account at regular
intervals, weekly, montly, etc. The best way to do this is to fill out a ACH form. You can pick one up at the office or we can email one to you. If you would like us to email an ACH form to you, email us with your request.

Missions -- Support our missionaries, across the street and around the world. You can see a list of those we support under Our Missionaries.
Capital Improvement Fund-- Currently, we are needing to tile and paint our restrooms, repair and paint soffits
Hope Fund -- this is a fund set aside to help families within and outside of our church family with rent, medical needs, food, etc.
